Jason Lee, an HR tech and fintech entrepreneur, transformed the way employees access their pay when he invented and introduced earned wage access (EWA) through his first entrepreneurial venture, DailyPay, in 2015. With a deep desire to continue helping frontline workers achieve financial progress, Jason founded his second company, Salt Labs, a first-of-its-kind employee rewards and incentives company, in 2022.

After Chime^® acquired Salt Labs in 2024, Jason was named Chief of Chime^® Enterprise, a company dedicated to innovative, employee-centered financial wellness solutions. Jason’s mission — to empower employee financial progress — continues to reshape the workplace financial landscape.
